I came to breath work, sound baths, meditation & reiki through my own healing journey. After leaving domestic violence in 2020, I was a broken woman. I used these modalities to help me regain my confidence and reconnect myself within mind, body & soul.
In a society that demands a face pace of life, I designed my sessions with this is mind - specialising in 30 minute breath work & meditation classes. Although we hold longer sessions & events, we found that holding space for clients for 30 minutes was enough space, to start to regain the connection with oneself.
